Initial Discussion

We start with an informal conversation to understand your map requirements. We’ll discuss:

  • Objectives: What do you want the map to achieve?

  • Content: What specific features need to be included?

  • Detail Level: How detailed should the map be?

  • Size and Quantity: What size and how many prints are needed?

  • Timeline: Your desired completion date.

Quotation

We will provide a detailed quotation, outlining:

  • Map Extent: The full scope of the map and the surrounding areas to be included.

  • Cost Breakdown: An itemised quotation will be emailed to you.

Placing Your Order

To proceed, confirm your order in writing or via email. A retainer of approximately 50% of the total cost will be required before work begins.

Gathering Information

Please send us any relevant old maps, plans, or background information of relevance that can assist in creating the map.

Draft Preparation

We’ll prepare a printed draft of the map and send it to you for review. Mark any changes and return it to us.

Final Map Creation

Based on your feedback, we will finalise your map, ensuring it meets your specifications and requirements.

While this process generally applies to most US ranches and farms, it may vary for smaller properties, international clients, or those without historical maps. As a bespoke service, we adapt our methods to fit the specific needs of each project.
